C形臂引导下射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛2700例体会

目的探讨C形臂定位下选择性射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的方法及临床效果。，方法同顾性分析用C形臂引导下经皮穿刺卵网孔半月神经节，射频温控热凝术（温度设定65～80℃，时间设定为30～60S）治疗三叉神经痛患者2700例。对临床资料进行疗效评定。结果疼痛完全消失2661例，总有效率为98．56％，无效9例（0．33％），复发30例（1．11％）。结论C彤臂引导下选择性卯圆孔半月神经节射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛是一种微创、安全、适应证广、效果显著的治疗方法，对伴有心血管疾病及其他治疗方法复发的三叉神经痛患者，该方法是安全可靠的。

Experience of using C-arm-X-ray guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of 2700 patients with trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To explore the methods and clinical effects of radiofrequeney thermoeoagulation in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia guided with C-arm-X-ray. Methods Retrospective analysis of the C-arm-X-ray guided per- cutaneous foramenovale a half ganglion radiofrequeney thermoeoagulation technique （the temperature setting of 65-80℃ and time was set to 30-60 s） of the clinical data of 2 700 eases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia were near long-term efficacy evaluation, to observe the complications. Results The pain eompleately disappeared in 2 697 eases, the total effi- ciency of 98.56%, ineffective in 9 eases （0.33%）, recurrence in 30 eases （1.11%）. Conclusion C-arm-X-ray guided selec- tive the ganglionnervi trigernini radiofrequeney thermoeoagulation is a minimally invasive, safe, broad indications and has significant effect of treatment, especially the recurrence of the trigeminal nerve associated with cardiovascular disease and otler treatments pain in patients with this methods is safe and reliable.
