| 摘 要： | 抑郁症是严重危害人类健康的情感障碍疾病，其发病机制至今尚不明确，近年来更多的研究指向受体的细胞信号转导机制。通过查『列整理相关文献，本文综述了信号转导机制在抑郁症中的研究进展，为阐明抑郁症的发病机制和研制新型抗抑郁药物提供参考。

| Abstract: | Depression is a serious hazard to human health of affective disorders, its pathogenesis is still not clear. In re- cent years, more and more research is pointed to the receptor signal transduction mechanism. By referring to the related lit- erature review, this article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of signal transduction in depression, and it pro- vides reference for elucidating the pathogenesis of depression and the development of new antidepressant drugs. |
