| 摘 要： | 目的:评价单侧上颌骨切除术后赝复体的修复效果。方法:选择16例因肿瘤行单侧上颌骨切除的患者为研究对象,分别测定患者赝复体修复前后的咀嚼效率及发音清晰度。结果:16例患者不戴修复体时咀嚼效率平均为(51.0±11.5)%,戴用修复体3个月后的咀嚼效率平均为(68.0±10.2)%。不戴修复体时的语音清晰度平均为(24.4±6.4)%,戴用修复体后清晰度平均为(80.6±9.2)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单侧上颌骨切除术后缺损患者采用赝复体修复后咀嚼和发音功能恢复良好。

Clinical Evaluation of Prosthesis Rehabilitation for Unilateral Maxillectomy:A Pilot Study |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of unilateral maxillary prosthesis.Methods 16 patients that undergone lateral maxillectomy were selected,masticatory efficiency and pronunciation clarity were measured before and after the prosthetic treatment.Results The masticatory efficiency was mean(51.0±11.5)% before prosthesis while(68.0±10.2)% after prosthesis,and the pronunciation clarity was mean(24.4±6.4)% before prosthesis while(80.6±9.2)% after prosthesis.Conclusion The prosthesis can keep the integrity of mouth and nasal cavity and restore chewing function and phonation of patients undergoing lateral maxillectomy. |
