| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在关节镜监视下植骨及锁定钢板内固定(locking compression piate,LCP)治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:自2008年5月至2011年8月对44例胫骨平台骨折患者在关节镜监视下进行复位,塌陷处以自体骨植骨,并以LCP钢板固定。结果:本组骨折均愈合,随访3～24个月,平均15个月。根据国际HSS膝功能制定的标准:优22例;良17例;可4例;差1例。总优良率88.6%。结论:对于胫骨平台骨折的治疗,骨关节镜下LCP钢板固定治疗,手术创伤小,术后并发症少,可提供足够稳定性,减少术后复位丢失,降低术后畸形愈合率,是胫骨平台骨折手术的较理想方法。

Arthroscopic Resetting and Locking Plate Fixation and Bone Graft in the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the arthroscopy under surveillance of bone and locking plate fixation(locking compression plate,LCP) for fracture of tibial plateau.Methods From May 2008-August 2011,44 cases of fracture of tibial plateau in the joints under surveillance mirror were reset,the collapses were implanted with autologous grafts,and fixed with the LCP steel plate.Results The fracture was all healed with follow-up of 3-24 months,on average,15 months.According to the international standards formulated by the knee HSS function,the optimal results were 22 cases;good 17 cases;fair 4 cases;poor 1 case.The total rate was 88.6%.Conclusion For the treatment of fracture of tibial plateau,joint microscopically LCP steel plate fixation with small operation trauma,and less postoperative complications,can provide enough stability,reduce the rate of loss reduction,reduce the rate of postoperative malunion for fracture of tibial plateau of surgery. |
