护理分级影响因素的多分类Logistic回归分析

目的：探讨患者病情级别和自理能力对护理分级的影响。方法：采用方便抽样法,按照＂医院-病区-患者＂进行三级取样,选取6省市11家医院的120个病区共3171例住院患者,采用自设的＂患者护理分级调查表＂对其进行调查。结果：①病情级别（r=0.550,P〈0.001）、自理能力（r=0.619,P〈0.001）与护理分级呈正相关;②多分类Logistic回归分析显示,不同病情级别和中、重度功能障碍对护理分级均有影响（P〈0.01）,轻度功能障碍对特级护理无影响（P=0.082）。结论：在临床工作中,护理分级评定需全面考虑患者的病情和自理能力,以更好地适应临床护理工作的需要。

Multinomial logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of nursing classification

Objective： To explore the influencing factors of nursing classification, including disease condition and self-care ability. Methods： We investigated 3171 patients from 120 wards of 11 hospitals in 6 provinces by hospital-ward-patient three level sampling. Results： ① Patient＇s condition（r=0.550, P0.001） and self-care ability （r=0.619, P0.001） were positively correlated with nursing classification： ② Multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that disease condition, moderate and severe disability were the influencing factors of nursing classification （P0.01） and mild disability has no influence to nursing classification （P=0.082）. Conclusions： To make decision of nursing classification, we need fully consider the patients＇ disease condition and self-care ability to fit in with clinical nursingworks＇needs.
