吸入性抗胆碱能药物在食管癌患者围术期肺保护中的应用

目的研究吸入性抗胆碱能药物在食管癌术后同术期应用的效果。方法选取2011年1～11月我院手术的食管癌患者110例，采用随机双肓法将110例患者分为两组，吸入性抗胆碱能药物（实验组）65例和传统同术期处理（对照组）45例，术后详细记录两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、并发症等。结果实验组的术后入院天数明显少于对照组，且住院费川少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论吸入性抗胆碱能药物在食管癌术后的应用可有效降低呼吸道并发症，存在基础肺部疾病的患者可最著改善呼吸功能，减少术后肺部并发症的发生，具体效果仍需大样本多中心协同研究。

Application of inhaled anticholinergic drugs in perioperative lung protection of patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective To research the application effect of inhaled anticholinergic drugs in peri-operation after esophageal surgery. Methods 110 cases of patients with esophageal carcinoma, who ：accepted operation in our hospital from January 2011 to November 2011, were selected and divided into two groups by randomized and double-blind method, including in- haled anticholinergic drug group （experimental group） in 65 cases and traditional perioperative management group （conven- tional control group） in 45 cases. Several indexes of patients in two groups such as length of stay, expenditure and comPli- cation were detailed recorded. Results The length of stay of the experimental group patients was obviously less than that of the control group, and their expenditure less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of in- haled anticholinergic drugs in post-operation of patients with esophageal carcinoma can effectively reduce the respiratory complications. If some patients have pulmonary basic disease, it can significantly improve their respiratory function, and reduce postoperative pulmonary complications. But its specific effect still needs a large-sample and muhicenter collabora- tive research.
