110例脑出血偏瘫患者康复护理干预后运动功能恢复效果观察

目的分析脑出血偏瘫患者康复护理干预后运动功能恢复的临床效果。方法选择淮安市第二人民医院2009年3月～2012年3月收治的110例脑出血偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按照是否给予偏瘫患者针对性康复护理将患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。比较两组患者的护理效果、活动能力和肢体功能、负面情绪评分情况。结果观察组患者接受针对性康复护理后的护理效果明显优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）；日常生活活动能力和肢体功能评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）：负面情绪评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针对性的康复护理可以明显提高脑出血偏瘫患者的治疗效果，改善生活能力及肢体功能．减轻患者负面情绪。

Effects observation of rehabilitation nursing intervention for movement function recovery in 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention for movement function recovery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis. Methods 110 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis in the second people＇s hospital of HuaYan City from March 2009 to March 2012 were selected as research objects, and ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group, according to given targeted rehabilitation nursing to hemi- plegic patients or not, each group had 55 cases. The effect of nursing, activity of daily living and limb function, negative mood score were compared between the two groups. Results After patients accepting targeted rehabilitation nursing in the observation group, the effect of nursing was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the scores of activity of daily living and limb function were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the negative mood score was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted rehabilitation nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis, improve their activity of daiby living and limb function, relieve patients＇ negative emotions.
