高血压病人自我管理行为测评量表的编制及信度、效度检验

目的：编制适合我国高血压病人自我管理行为的测评工具。方法：在慢性病自我管理理论的基础上,结合国内外相关文献,通过半结构化访谈、反头脑风暴法、专家咨询及预测试形成暂定版量表,之后采用此量表完成了对哈尔滨市和漯河市790例高血压病人的大样本测试,并对量表进行信度和效度检验,形成最终量表。结果：最终形成6因子33条目的高血压病人自我管理行为测评量表,累积方差贡献率为58.543%。量表的项目平均相关系数、Cronbach’sα系数为0.914。验证性因子分析显示拟合指数χ2、df、χ2/df、RMSEA、CFI、GFI、AGFI、NFI、IFI、TLI分别为819.335、477.000、1.718、0.042、0.956、0.891、0.872、0.902、0.956、0.951。结论：本量表具有较好的信度和效度,既可作为测评高血压病人自我管理行为的工具之一,也可为以后有针对性地对此类患者进行健康教育干预提供依据。

Reliability and Validity of the Hypertension Patients Self-Management Behavior Rating Scale(HPSMBRS)

Objective： To develop assessment tools for self-management behavior of hypertension patients in China.Methods：Based on chronic disease self-management theory, combined with relevant literature, semi-structured interviews, anti-brainstorming, expert advice, and pre-test, a preliminary version of the scale had formed. By investigating 810 hypertension patients in Haerbin and Luohe, the reliability and validity of the preliminary scale were tested and the final scale was formed. Results： The final formation of the HPSMBRS composed of 33 items,6 factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 58.543%. The average correlation coefficient, Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.914. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit index χ2, df, χ2/df, RMSEA, CFI, GFI, AGFI,NFI,IFI,and TLI were819.335,477.000,1.718,0.042,0.956,0.891,0.872,0.902,0.956, 0.951 respectively. Conclusion： This scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as the evaluation tool for self-management behavior of hypertension patients.
