“在职康复护理培训”效果调查及分析

目的调查＂在职康复护理培训＂效果,探讨在职康复护理高效培训的方式、方法。方法采用问卷调查法,收集川港康复中心＂在职康复护理培训＂第一期学员对培训的需求、内容及方式的认可程度和反馈意见。结果绝大多数学员对本次培训的课程、时间安排表示满意,认为本次学习后,加深了对康复护理重要性的认识,提升了对康复护理的兴趣,在以后的工作中,所学知识对其康复护理计划的安排有帮助,但在联系实际方面、讨论与互动方面需要改进。结论川港康复中心＂在职康复护理培训＂能为四川省康复护理专业培养骨干,提升康复护理专业的水平,促进康复护理专业的发展。

Investigation and analysis on the effect of “rehabilitation care training for service personnel”

Objective To investigate the effect of ＂rehabilitation care training for service personnel＂ and explore the modes and methods of rehabilitation care training for service personnel.Methods The data of ＂rehabilitation care training for service personnel＂ in Sichuan-Hong Kong Rehabilitation Centre were collected by questionnaire method,it included the training needs of the first phase participants,acceptable levels of content and manner,feedback.Results The majority students were satisfied with the training course and time;they could know deeply the importance of rehabilitation care and en hance interest in the rehabilitation care,in later work,the knowledge was beneficial to rehabilitation care plan,but in practice,discussion and interaction needed to be improved.Conclusion ＂Rehabilitation care training for service personnel＂ in Sichuan-Hong Kong Rehabilitation Centre can bring up the shaft of rehabilitation care professional in Sichuan Province,enhance the professional level and promote the development of rehabilitation care professional.
