药学专业本科新生入学教育探索与实践

从高中阶段进入大学的药学专业本科新生,面对大学生活、专业学习和今后的职业生涯,难免会迷茫,新生入学教育能起到答疑解惑、排忧解难的重要作用。本文从三个方面阐述了笔者近年来参与我校药学专业本科生入学教育的探索与实践：分析了我校药学专业本科入学新生的总体情况;围绕思想道德教育、学科专业教育和职业生涯规划教育等内容提出了入学教育的主要内容;还探讨了今后进一步完善入学教育的努力方向。

Exploration and practice of freshmen education for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy

For pharmacy undergraduate freshmen who just shift from high school period to college period,college life,pro fessional learning and future career are inevitably confusing,so freshmen education plays an important role of answering questions and solving problems.This paper illustrates the author ＇s exploration and practice in freshmen education for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy from three aspects,analyzes the overall situation of them,proposes the major contents of freshmen education from morality education,professional education,career planning and other aspects,and explores the di rection of further completing freshmen education in the future.
