高热惊厥小儿预后现状和影响因素分析

目的探讨高热惊厥小儿预后现状和影响因素。方法采崩自编问卷收集2010年8月～2011年8月在湖南省永州市祁阳县人民医院儿科住院治疗的43例高热惊厥患儿临床资料。结果在本研究入选的43例患儿巾，35例患儿预后良好，预后良好率为81．40％，而预后不良葺墨为18．60％．多因素Logistic回归分析发现初次发作年龄〈1岁．高热惊厥持续时间≥15min、高热惊厥次数≥2次和脑电图异常是高热惊厥患儿预后差危险因素。结论高热惊厥患儿总体预后欠佳，预后影响因素较多，在对高热惊厥进行治疗的过程中，积极治疗高热惊厥，发作时尽可能在最短时间内止痉，改善患儿的预后。

Study on prognosis status and its influential factors in children with febrile convulsion

Objective To investigate the prognosis status and its influential factors in children with febrile convulsion. Methods Clinical data of 43 children with febrile convulsion who were treated in the Department of Pediatric in the Peo- ple＇s Hospital of Qiyang County in Yongzhou City, Hu＇nan Province, from August 2010 to August 2011 were collected by self-made questionnaire. Results 43 children with febrile convulsion were favorable prognosis, the good prognosis rate was 81.40%, the bad prognosis rate was 18.60%, binary classification logistic regression analysis showed that first onset age 〈1 year old, febrile convulsion duration ≥ 15 rain, febrile convulsion number ≥2 and electroencephalography abnormality were risk factors. Conclusion The prognosis status of children with febrile convulsion was bad. It is affected by various factors. We should give positive treatment and control attack as soon as possible to improve the prognosis of children with febrile convulsion.
