桂西地区基层卫生人才现状分析及对策

桂西地区地处广西、云南、贵州三省交界处，是西南少数民族聚居地，经济发展相对落后，基层医疗机构存在的问题严重。可以概括为三缺：缺人才、缺设备、缺业务用房。从乡（镇）卫生院的现状看，情况不容乐观，乡（镇）卫生院很难满足农民患大病时的救助需要。本文通过对桂西地区基层卫生人才的现状进行调查研究，对存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决对策。为解决桂西地区基层医疗卫生人才问题提供依据。

Study on current situation and countermeasures of the primary health personnel in the west of Guangxi

The west of Guangxi is located the junction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, is the southwest ethnic minority. The economic development is relatively backward and the problems of basic medical institutions is serious in these areas. The problems can be summarized as three missing： lack of talent, lack of equipment, lack of business premises. The current situation of township health is not optimistic, and township health is dif- ficult to satisfy the farmers suffer from a serious illness. This paper through to survey research the situation of health per- sonnel in west of Guangxi, and analysis of the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to solve grassroots medical and health personnel problems in western of Guangxi provides a basis.
