阿立哌唑作为增效剂治疗强迫症的疗效观察

目的 探讨阿立哌唑作为增效剂治疗强迫症的疗效.方法 40例强迫症患者随机分为阿立哌唑合并氯米帕明组和氯米帕明组,治疗8周.采用强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应评定量表在治疗前及治疗第8周末各评定1次,并进行对比分析,评定疗效.结果 治疗第8周末,Y-BOCS强迫量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、副反应评定量表总分与治疗前比较均有极显性差异(P＜0.01);更以合用阿立哌唑组明显.结论 小剂量阿立哌唑可作为常规抗抑郁剂的增效剂治疗强迫症.

Curative Effects of Aripiprazole as Synergist in the Treatment of Patients with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Objective To explore the curative effects of aripiprazole as synergist in the patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods 40 patients with OCD were randomly treated with aripiprazole combining with clomipramine (n=20) and clomipramine only (n=20) for 8 weeks. Assessments were conducted and compared by the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) before treatment and at the end of the 8th week of the study, respectively. Results At the end of the 8th week of the study, the total scores of the YBOCS, HAMA and TESS had much significant difference compared with pre-treatment (P<0.01); Aripiprazole combining with clomipramine showed a rapider effect and more slightly side effect than clomipramine did. Conclusion Small dose aripiprazole can be used as synergist of routine antidepressants in the treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.
