加味苍耳子散术腔冲洗液对内窥镜鼻窦术后疗效的影响

目的观察内窥镜鼻窦手术(ESS)后,加味苍耳子散冲洗液(SCSL)对其疗效的影响.方法将苍耳子散加味制成加味苍耳子散冲洗液.对行ESS手术94例(1 77侧)的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者,随机选取26例(107侧),术后给予加味苍耳子散冲洗液冲洗术腔,每侧冲洗250毫升,每日一次,连续8周.其余38例(7 0侧)术后给予0.9%生理盐水冲洗作为对照.定期行鼻内窥镜观察.依照海口(1997)ESS疗效标准进行评估.结果加味苍耳子散组(治疗组)治愈率高于生理盐水组(对照组),经Ridit检验,差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论加味苍耳子散冲洗液可提高内窥镜鼻窦手术的疗效.

A clinical observation on the influence of irrigating solution of supplemented Xanthii Powder on the therapeutic effect of ESS for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

Objective To investigate the influence of irrigating solution of supplemented Xanthii Powder(ISSXP), given after operation ,on the therapeutic effect of ESS for chronic sinusi- tis and nasal polyps. Methods LSSXP was used to irrigate the operated sinus cavity lasted for 8 weeks among 56 cases(107 sides)with chronic sinusitis and/or polyps treated by ESS, and 0. 9% N. S. was used to irrigate the operated sinus cavity treated by ESS in the same way among 38 cas- es(70 sides)with these lesions as control,since March,1998 to October,1999. Then a comparison was made between the two groups for the influence of different irrigating solutions on the thera- peutic effect of ESS on these lesions. Results The total effective rate of the group with ISSXP was significantly higher than that with 0. 9% N. S. for cases with these lesions by ESS. Conclu- sion ISSXP, used after operation, can improve the therapeutic effect of ESS for chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyps.
