| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精神分裂症社区康复的疗效和方法。方法对１２３例精神分裂症２年社区康复的治疗、现病、社会功能、社会影响、复发进行前后比较，并与７９例社区自然状态下精神分裂症对照。结果精神分裂症两年社区康复疗效显著，２年显进率达７３９８％，复发率１７５８％，对照病例则无变化或恶化，显进率２９１１％，复发率４３４８％。结论社区康复对于精神分裂症控制病情，恢复社会功能，防止复发显示明显作用

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the curative effect and method of the community-based rehabilitation for schizophrenia. Methods The 123 schizophrenia have been treated with the community-based rehabilitation for two years. The illness condition, social function, social influence and relapse were compared those of two years ago, and with those of 79 schizophrenia in natural community state. Results The community-based rehabilitation is helpful for schizophrenia, the rate of mend is 74.0% and the rate of relapse is 17.6%,no change or deterioration were found in the control group, the rate of mend is 29.11% and rate of relapse 61.29%. Conclusions It was shown that the community-based rehabilitation was a good way for controlling schizophrenia resumption of social function and prevention from relapse. |
