公立医院医疗服务价格动态调整探析

公立医院全面取消药品加成,为建立补偿新机制,实行医疗服务价格调整。简要梳理了国内外医疗服务价格动态调整的实践与探索,从调整原则及空间、调价测算方法、调价方案和标准、调价监测与评估4个维度构建了医疗服务价格动态调整机制理论框架,并提出相关配套政策建议,以期为推进我国医疗服务价格科学调整提供参考。

Analysis of the Dynamic Adjustment of Medical Service Price in Public Hospitals

Public hospitals have completely abolished drug additions,the price of medical services has been adjusted in order to establish a new compensation mechanism.The paper briefly combs the practice and exploration of the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices at home and abroad,from the four principles of adjustment principle and space,price adjustment calculation method,price adjustment plan and standard,price adjustment monitoring and evaluation,the theoretical framework of medical service price dynamic adjustment mechanism is constructed,and related supporting policy suggestions are proposed,with a view to providing a reference for promoting the scientific adjustment of medical service prices in China.
