综合护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响

目的探讨综合护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的60例心肌梗死患者为研究对象,按照患者接受护理干预的不同分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上接受综合护理干预,详细记录两组患者预后情况,并进行比较分析。结果经过对症治疗和护理干预,观察组患者接受综合护理干预后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,患者住院时间少于对照组,临床护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心肌梗死患者实施综合护理干预,可有效改善患者预后,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Effects of comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 60 patients with myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different nursing interventions,patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions on this basis.The prognosis of the two groups of patients was recorded in detail and compared and analyzed.Results After symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention,after the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than the control group,and the clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with myocardial infarction can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
