摘    要:本文初步探讨了实时三维彩色多普勒成像技术(RT-3DCDFI)诊断和定量评估瓣膜反流的临床应用价值.与2DCDFI相比,RT-3DCDFI能更加客观准确地显示瓣膜反流的起源、方向和空间分布范围,为定性与定量评价瓣膜反流提供了一种新方法.

Abstract:This paper gives an initial application of real-time three-dimensional color Doppler imaging in diagnosis and quantification of valvular regurgitation, Real-time three-dimensional color Doppler imaging can depict the full extent of the regurgitant jet trajectory compared with two-dimensional color Doppler flow imaging, can conveniently, accurately and reliably measure regurgitation jet volume and has great potential to diagnose eccentric regurgitation, paravalvular leak and valvular perforation.
