腺苷介导家兔心脏缺血预适应的保护效应

摘    要:目的:研究心脏缺血预适应对心脏缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤的保护机制.方法:建立在体家兔心脏I/R模型,测定腺苷含量、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出率及心肌梗死面积,并观察心肌的组织切片和超微结构,用SAS软件包作成组t检验处理,以观察缺血预适应对I/R心肌损伤的保护效应.结果:缺血预适应组心功能恢复明显好于对照组(P<0.01),CK、LDH漏出率及心肌梗死面积均低于对照组(P<0.01),同时伴有心肌组织腺苷含量增高(P<0.01).结论:缺血预适应对I/R损伤具有保护作用,腺苷可能介导这种保护效应.

Cardioprotection with Ischemic Preconditioning Mediated by Adenosine in Rabbits
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective mechanism of ischemic preconditioning(IPC) on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury.Methods:I/R models were established in rabbits.Adenosine contents,CK and LDH amount of leakage and myocardial infarct size were determined as well as myocardial tissue sections and ultrastructure were observed.The comparability between groups was assessed using to tests with SAS.Results:The improvement of heart function in IPC group were significantly better than that in control group( P <0.01).CK and LDH leakage and myocardial infarct size in IPC group were all less than that in the control group( P <0.01).In addition,myocardial adenosine contents increased in IPC group.Conclusion:IPC can protect myocardiw against I/R injury,and adenosine may participate in the protective effects.
