| 摘 要： | 目的]观察疏肝清脂汤治疗混合性肝病肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法]混合性肝病肝纤维化患者96例,随机分成治疗组48例和对照组48例。对照组用易善复胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上口服中药疏肝清脂汤。观察治疗前后患者的症状体征,肝功能(ALT、AST)、血脂(TC、TG)、肝纤维化指标(HA、PC-Ⅲ、IV-C、LN)、上腹部B超等情况。结果]临床症状体征、肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化和B超情况前后对比有统计学上意义(P0.01)。结论]疏肝清脂汤具有明显改善患者临床症状体征、改善肝功能、降低血脂和抗肝纤维化功能。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Sugan Qingzhi Decoction on mixed liver disease fibrosis.Method]Randomly divide 96 cases into treatment group（48）and control one（48）,control one takes Yishanfu capsule,treatment one added with TCM Sugan Qingzhi Decoction on the basis of control one.Observe their signs,ALT,AST,TC,TG,HA,PC-Ⅲ,IV-C,LV and midsection ultro-B.Result]All indexes had statistical meaning between before and after treatment.Conclusion]Sugan Qingzhi Decoction has obvious function of relieving symptoms and signs,improving liver function,lowering lipid and anti-fibrosis. |
