应用国产WGW-I型吻合器经腹实施贲门部癌切除术120例

目的 研究国产ＷＧＷ－１吻合器在贲门癌和胃癌经腹切除、消化道重建中的应用价值。方法 对１２０例贲门癌、胃癌经腹切除后，利用国产ＷＧＷ－１吻合器行食管胃吻合９２例、食管空肠吻合２８例。结果 手术后共发生各类并发症１１例次，但示发生吻合口并发症，无手术死亡病例，病理切片未发现眄残端阳性病例。结论 利用国产吻合器经腹实施贲门癌、胃癌的争除吻合具有价格低，缩短手术时间、提高根治度等特点，值得推广开展。

APPLICATION OF WGW-1 ANASTOMAT IN TRANSABDOMINAL OPERATIONS FOR CARDIAL CARCINOMA IN 120 CASES

ObjectiveTo evaluate the application of China-made anastomat in transabdominal operations for cardial and gastric carcinomas.MethodsChina-made WGW-1 anastomat was used in the transabdominal operations for cardial and gastric carcinoma in 120 cases.Esophagogastrostomy and esophagojejunostomy were performed in 92 and 28 cases respectively.ResultsPostoperational complications occured in 11 cases or chances,but no anastomotic complications and nor operative deaths found.Pathological examination did not prove and any cases of positive stump.ConclusionChina-made anastomat in transabdominal operations of cardial and gastric carcinoma showed many advantages,such as lower price,shorter operation time and better radical degree,deserving wide popularization.
