16排CT血管分析软件在颈动脉海绵窦瘘瘘口显示中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨16排CT血管分析软件在颈动脉海绵窦瘘瘘口显示中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析10例经临床或DSA检查证实的颈动脉海绵窦瘘患者16排CT血管分析软件显示的检查结果。结果 容积重建显示10例均海绵窦扩大、动脉早期眼上静脉显影并扩张,7例动脉早期大脑中静脉显影并扩张。血管分析软件分析显示直接型瘘7例,其中3例瘘口位于海绵窦Ⅱ段,1例位于海绵窦Ⅲ段,2例位于海绵窦Ⅳ段,1例位于海绵窦Ⅴ段,瘘口呈线条状5例,呈非线条状2例。间接型瘘3例。结论 高级血管分析软件技术能清楚显示颈动脉海绵窦瘘瘘口的位置和大小,同时可以有效地评价Willis环的功能,可为颈动脉海绵窦瘘的诊断、治疗及疗效评价提供有价值的信息。

Displaying orificium fistulae in carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula with 16-row CT vessel analysis software

Abstract:Objective To probe role of 16-row CT vessel analysis software in displayingorificium fistulae in carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula. Methods 16-row CT vesselanalysis software was used to retrospectively analyze data of 10 cases of carotid arterycavernous sinus fistula that were confirmed by the clinic or DSA. Results Undercubage reconstruction, enlargement of cavernous sinus and development andenlargement of superior ophthalmic vein happened in 10 cases, development andenlargement of middle cerebral vein occurred in 7 cases at the early phase. The vesselsoftware classified 7 cases as direct type, 3 of them were in segment IV of cavernoussinus, 1 of them was in segment III, 2 of them were in segment IV, and 1 was in segmentV. For types of openings, 5 were line-shaped, 2 were non-line-shaped. 3 cases wereindirect fistula. Conclusion Advanced vessel analysis software is able to displaylocation and size of opening of carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula, and evaluatefunction of Willis loop, helping to diagnose, treat and evaluate effectiveness for thefistula.
