| 摘 要： | 目的 :对两种红细胞沉降率 (erythrocytesedimentationrate ,ESR)检测方法进行比较 ,并探讨血沉动态曲线变化的临床意义。方法 :采用LENA动态血沉仪和魏氏法测定ESR ,采用LENA动态血沉仪测定动态血沉曲线。结果 :两种方法的血沉测定值吻合度良好 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;但动态结果显示 ,动态血沉曲线共分七种类型 ,不同疾病的动态血沉曲线类型有较大差异 ,通过动态血沉的各项参数变化表现出来。结论 :动态血沉曲线对疾病的辅助诊断优于魏氏法 ,且 2h血沉函数H (t)曲线较 1h血沉函数H(t)曲线对疾病的辅助诊断更有价值

| Abstract: | Objectives To compare the two assay s of ESR and discuss the meaning of the movable change of ESR curve. Me thods With traditional Westergren's method and LENA movable ESR metho d,ESR value and movable ESR curve were respectively tested and recorded.Results It showed that ESR values tested by two methods were not o bviously different(P>0.05), but there appeared seven types of movable ESR cu rves and there were obvious difference between them,which could be found from pa rameters of movable ESR. Conclusions We concluded that the subordinate diagnosis through movable ESR curve was superior to that of Westerg ren's method and 2 h H(t) was more valuable than 1 h H(t) to subordinate diagnos is of disease. |
