股骨骨折并大血管损伤治疗体会

目的探讨股骨骨折并股动脉损伤的急症处理效果。方法钢板及外固定架固定骨折，根据血管损伤情况选择直接修补、端端吻合、游离血管静脉移植术等方法修复25例。结果23例肢体成活，伤口愈合好，2例因时限过长，肌肉缺血坏死被迫截肢。随访10个月。4年，23例患者骨折愈合良好，两例因股神经损伤，肢体感觉和运动功能部分障碍。结论股骨粉碎性骨折并股动脉神经损伤要早期诊断、及时准确处理，才能获得良好的治疗效果。

Treatment of the Femoral Fracture with Femoral Artery Injury

Objective To study the clinical effects of emergency for the fractures of femoral with femoral artery injury. Methods Twenty-five cases were respectively conducted by plate and screw fixation.
