| 摘 要： | 目的 通过综合干预促进甲状腺手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的临床合理应用.方法 抽取2006年7月～2007年6月(干预前)和2007年7月～2008年6月(干预后)甲状腺手术病历各120份进行统计分析,采用监督管理和宣传教育等多手段进行干预,对干预前后各评价指标进行对照研究.结果 接受抗菌药物治疗的患者使用抗菌药物平均品种数从干预前的1.77种,降到干预后的0.81种,抗菌药物平均费用由897.26元降到429.15元,使用抗菌药物通用名的百分率由57.63%上升到86.27%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),其他指标和用药合理性均有所改善.结论 采用的合理性干预措施对甲状腺手术围手术期抗菌药物合理应用具有可行性和有效性,对抗菌药物安全、有效、合理、经济的使用起到了积极的促进作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To enhance the rational usage of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period of thyroidectomy.
