复方青风藤片的质量控制

摘    要:目的建立复方青风藤片的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的青风藤、何首乌进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对制剂中青风藤所合成分青藤碱进行含量测定。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出青风藤、何首乌;青藤碱进样量在0.9964~12.455μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.46%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确可靠,重现性好,可用于复方青风藤片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To develop the quality control method of Compound Qingfengteng Tablets. Methods Caulis sinomenii, Radix polygoni muhiflori were identified by TLC. Sinomenine were determined by HPLC. Results Caulis sinomenii, Radix polygoni muhiflori could be identi- fied by TLC. Sinomenine showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0. 9964- 12.455 μg(r=0. 999 9). The mean recovery rate was 98.46%, RSD was 1.09% (n =6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be used in the quality control of Compound Qingfengteng Tablets
