弹力胶贴和透明贴膜在美容缝合中的联合应用

目的：探讨弹力胶贴和透明贴膜联合应用时对手术切口愈合的影响。方法：对于平面的手术切口采用皮下缝合,部分结合皮内连续缝合,外用弹力胶贴将切缘拉紧,再用小纱布块和透明贴膜固定,术前、术后即刻及术后6个月均测量切口宽度,保留照片进行瘢痕对比。结果：应用本方法处理的手术切口术后未发现切口感染、红肿及裂开,愈合的切口瘢痕明显小于其他固定方法。结论：弹力胶贴和透明贴膜联合应用可明显减轻切口瘢痕的形成。

The combinative application of elastic stick and transparent dressing in cosmetic suture

Objective To discuss the influences of operative incision（wound） healing in combination application of elastic stick and transparent dressing.Methods planiform operative incision was used with subcutaneous suture,some with subcuticular suture,cutting edge was tensed with elastic stick,and fixed with gauze piece and transparent dressing,cut width was measured at pre-operative,post-operative instantly and postoperative 6 months,scar was compared with pictures.Result Operative incision treated with this method was not discovered red swelling and splits,scar was obviously smaller than other fixed metheds.Conclusion combinative application of elastic stick and transparent dressing can lighten formation of scar obviously.
