| 摘 要： | 本实验表明,正常对照组大鼠晶状体中牛磺酸的含量随着鼠龄而增长,至成年期则渐趋稳定。半乳糖组形成白内碍的大鼠晶状体中,牛黄酸的含量比对照组明显下降,特别在形成白内障的早期,其晶体内牛磺酸的含量仅为对照组的7.4％。半乳糖喂养后更换正常饲料,两周后,牛磺源又恢复正常的增长速度。

| Abstract: | The authors found that the taurine content in the lens of young rats increased with age to reach a steady high level in adulthood. In the formation of sugar cataract,the taurine content was markedly decreased. When the rats were put on d-galactose diet, the increasing taurine content in lenses was sharply depressed in the early stdge. After the lenses had become opaque and the rats were switched to nojmal diet again,the taurine content in lenses returned gradually to normal levelin 2 weeks.the turbid lenticular cortex cleared up, but the opaque core did not. |
