摘    要:目的探讨普渡钉板测验(PPT)在帕金森病(PD)患者中的应用价值。方法选择PD患者47例为PD组,社区健康者58例为对照组,对照组又分为55~69岁组28例和≥70岁组30例。入选者均行PPT并分析其与PD运动症状的相关性和诊断PD的准确性。结果与对照组比较,PD组PPT得分显著下降(P<0.01);≥70岁组较55~69岁组PPT得分显著下降(P<0.01)。对照组PPT得分与年龄呈负相关(P<0.01);55~69岁组女性单手PPT成绩优于男性(P<0.05)。PD组PPT得分与年龄无相关性,与统一PD评定量表运动评分呈负相关(P<0.01);55~69岁组PPT诊断PD敏感性82%~89%,特异性75%~100%,具有较高的诊断价值。结论 PPT指标可反映PD运动功能及疾病严重程度,对<70岁老年人具有较高的诊断敏感性和特异性。

Application of Purdue pegboard test in Parkinson's disease patients

Abstract:Objective To study the application of Purdue pegboard test(PPT)in assessment and diagnosis of PD.Methods Forty-seven PD patients served as a PD group and 58 community healthy subjects served as a control group in this study.The control group was further divided into≥70 years old group and 55—69 years old group.Relation of indications for PPT with movement symptoms of PD patients and PPT diagnostic accuracy of PD were analyzed.Results The PPT score was significantly lower in PD group and≥70 years old group than in control group and 55—69 years old group(P<0.01).The PPT score was negatively correlated with the age in control group(P<0.01).The single hand PPT score were higher in females than in males of 55—69 years old group(F<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of PPT were 82%-89%and 75%—100%, respectively,for the diagnosis of PD in 55—69 years old group,indicating that PPT is of a rather high diagnostic value for PD.Conclusion PPT can show the severity of PD with a rather high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of PD in <70 years old elderly patients.
