强力宁及其不同配伍治疗病毒性肝炎疗效比较

目的探讨强力宁与清开灵、胸腺肽不同配伍对病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法病毒性肝炎患者203例，按所给药物不同分成对照组、强力宁组、强力宁加胸腺肽组、强力中加清开灵组进行治疗．观察其降酶、造黄及血清白蛋白的情况。结果用t检验进行统计学分析。结果强力宁及各配伍组对各型肝炎血清白蛋白无影响。在降酶作用中，亚重肝组和慢性肝炎组明显优于对照组．在退黄作用中，各配伍对急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、亚重肝疗效均好。但对肝硬化病人疗效差。结论强力宁及其各配伍（清开灵或胸腺肽）对慢性肝炎及亚急性重症肝炎有明显的降酶、退黄作用。

Comparison of therapeutic effects of potenlini and its different combination for patients with viral hepatitis

Objective To reseach the therapeutic effects of the potenlini combinated with Qingkai1ing and thymopeptidum on the patients with viral nepetitis.Mathod Two handreds and three patients with viral hepatitis were randonily allocated into four groups and were treated with potenlini,potenlini comobined with Qingkailing,potenlini combinated with thymopeptidum and conventional medicine group respetively.The serum alanine transandnoase (ALT) total bilirubin (Bil) albundn were observed. The results were analysbed with t test.Results The serum Alb did not increase in all groups. The serum ALT obviously decreased in subacute fetal hepatitis and Chronic hepatitis. The serum Bil obviously decreased in Patients with 'acute' subacute fetul, chronic hepatitis, especially in the Patients treated with poteulini combinated with Qingkailing, but there were noeffects on the Patients with cirrhosis.Conclusion In patients with subacate fetal and chronic hepetitis, treatment whh Potenlini and it's combnated with Qingkailing or thymopeptidum possess the effecs of lowing serum ALT and Bil.
