一次量氯氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电活动的影响

目的通过一次量氯氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电活动的影响，预测氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的近期疗效。方法采用自身前后对照方法，比较精神分裂症患者服用一次量（25mg）氯氟平前及后1、2、3、4、5、6h脑电能量变化，数据用方差分析。结果口服氯氮平后，精神分裂症反应良好组，脑电图呈中高幅者，O1、P3导联α2频段能量呈降低趋势，在第5，小时变化明显（P＜0．05）；脑电图呈中低幅者，F4导联σ频段能量呈增高趋势，在第5小时变化明显（P＜0．05）；而对氯氮平反应不良组，用药前后各导联各频段脑电能量未见明显变化。结论口服一次量氯氮平后，脑电图变化明显者对氯氮平近期疗效好。

Effect of single clozapine on the electrical activity of brain in schizophrenia

To forecast the shortterm therapeutic effect of clozapine on schizophrenics by the effect of single clozapine on the electrical activity of brain.schizophrenia were compared between preadminis-tration and at lst, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th hours af-ter taking single 25mg clozapine using self pre-post ccontrol method The> datum analysed with F- testResults After taking 25mp clozapine, the ene -rgy of a2 band of P3 and O1 leads in the schiaphrenia who had good response to clozapine and whase EEG demonstrated moderate-high amplitued demonstrat-ed dropping trend and the change was significant at the 5 hour. The energy of σband of F4 lead did inceas-ing in patients whose EEG appear moderate-low am-Pplitude and the change was significant at 5 hour. Pa-tient's response were bad, the energy of all band had no significant change befoe and after taking the drug.Conlusion The patients of EEG wisibl change with schizophrenia after taking one single clozapine had good short-term efficacy.
