新型血管内支架生物相容性研究的初步结果

目的考察一种新型血管内支架的生物相容性和理化稳定性。方法共24个网状自展型金属内支架被置入到16只大的腹主动脉和（或）下腔静脉内，术后分别在1、3、4、8、16和36wk行血管造影，并对支架金属丝行扫描电镜观察以明确其腐蚀情况。结果观察期内所有支架血管保持良好通畅，无血栓形成、内膜过度增生和支架移位。支架跨越区各分支血管保持通畅。支架置入3wk时光镜和电镜观察见支架表面已由新生内膜组织完全覆盖，血管未见炎症及异物反应。结论该支架具有良好的生物相容性和耐腐蚀性，易于被新生内膜组织覆盖，可保持血管长期通畅。

Biocompatibility of a new intravascular stent: preliminary results of an experimental study

Objective The purpose of the experimental study was to investigate the biocompatibility and physicochendcal stability of a new intravascular stent.Methods Twenty-four mesh expandable metallic stent were placed illto aorta and /or intra vena caval of 16 dogs.Follow up angiography was performed for 1. 3, 4. 8.16 and 36 weeks after operation. The sPecimens with the stent were observed by light and electronmicnosco.The wirs of stent at 36 weeks were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) to test its cormsion-resistance.Results All the vessels remained patent in follew-up. There wee no thrombosis, excessive intimal hyperPlasis or stent migration, and the side branches bridged by the stents remained unobstructed. Light and electron ndcroscopy dem onstrated that endothelial proliferation completely covered the stent at 3nd week. No foreignbody reaction or infection was observed.Conclusion The stent have a goods biocompatibility and corrosionresistent nature,it is easy to be covered by neointimal and to maintain the long term Patency of the vessel.
