住院糖尿病患者死亡原因分析

目的 探讨糖尿病的死亡原因,明确防控重点.方法 对安徽省立医院2000年1月1日-2011年12月31日11年间住院死亡的429例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 糖尿病住院患者主要死亡原因依次为感染性疾病(22.8%)、恶性肿瘤(16.8%)、脑血管疾病(16.6%)、心血管病(15.4%)、糖尿病肾病(10.3%)、其他原因(7.0%)、多脏器功能衰竭(5.6%)、肝硬化(3.7%)和急性并发症(1.9%).47.9%的糖尿病患者的死因与糖尿病慢性并发症有关.结论 糖尿病慢性并发症、感染、恶性肿瘤是糖尿病的主要死亡原因,慢性并发症和合并症的防治是当前工作的重点.

Death causes for hospitalized diabetic patients

Objective To analyse the death causes of the diabetic patients and to determine the focal points of the prevention and treatment for diabetes mellitus.Methods All clinical data of 429 dead in patients with diabetes in Anhui Provincial Hospital from 2000 to 2011 were retrospectively recorded and analyzed.Results The main death causes of the diabetic patients were infectious disease(22.8%),malignant tumor(16.8%),cerebral vascular disease(16.6%),cardiovascular disease(15.4%) diabetic nephropathy(10.3%),other reasons(7.0%),multiple organ failure(5.6%),cirrhosis(3.7%)and acute complications(1.9%).The death causes of 47.9% diabetic patients were related to chronic complications.Conclusion The main death causes of diabetes mellitus are chronic complications,infectious disease and malignant tumor.The most important work we should do now is to prevent and cure the chronic complications.
