| 摘 要： | 目的评价赛乐特(帕罗西汀片)治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法入选90例病人,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组40例,2组病人的一般情况及病情程度等具有可比性。对照组给予西比灵5mg,1次/d,疗程16周;治疗组在对照组基础上给予赛乐特片20mg,1次/d,疗程16周。16周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论治疗偏头痛赛乐特效果满意,有应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect of Seroxat(Paroxetine tablets) in the treatment of migraine.Methods In a randomized trial,90 patients without contraindication were divided into treatment group(50 patients treated with Seroxat 20mg,qd,po and routine therapy) and control group(40 patients treated with Sibelium 5mg,qd,po),there were comparabilities with general condition before treatment,degree of pathogenetic condition between two groups above.Results After treatment,control group had better curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Seroxat can provide a satisfactory treatment for the patient with migraine. |
