摘    要:肌腱组织工程是组织工程中开展较早的研究领域之一[1] 。经过几十年有关肌腱替代物以及十余年肌腱组织工程的研究 ,取得了一些突破性进展。但由于肌腱解剖结构和功能要求的特殊性 ,特别是常见的人体手部肌腱损伤的修复 ,至今仍是临床工作和组织工程研究的难点之一。主要存在以下几个方面的问题 :肌腱组织工程种子细胞的来源 ;同种异体肌腱细胞的免疫学反应 ;特殊力学强度和降解性能支架材料的制备和筛选 ;细胞与支架材料之间相互作用关系及细胞—材料复合体与周围组织相互关系的问题等等。现对上述问题的研究进展作一综述。1 肌腱组织工程…

Abstract:Tendon tissue engineering is one of the research fields with longhistory, which has achieved dramatic advances This paper reviewed some recent original articles, mainly in sources of seeding cells of tendon tissue engineering, the level of immunological reaction with allogeneic tendon cells, preparation and screening of scaffold materials with specific mechanical and degenerating properties, the interaction of cells, scaffold materials, and so on To establish the standard tendon cell line for research has significance in the study of the biological characteristics of tendon cells, the cell model for immortalization, and screening the various scaffold materials The immunological reaction of the tissue engineered tendon with allogeneic cells in the research and future clinical applications must be clarified It is requested by tissue engineering research that the scaffold materials with specific mechanical and degenerating properties and the three dimensional culture technique mimic microenviroment in vivo, including the mechnical stress and strain All of those should be extensivly studied to lay a solid foundation for ultimate clinical applications
