| 摘 要： | 应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测了48例恶性实体瘤患者血清SIL－2R水平，发现荷瘤患者血清的SIL－2R均明显高于对照者，伴转移者的SIL－2R高于不伴转移者；根治性切除后，血清SIL－2R明显下降，而姑息性切除者则无明显变化；术后复发时已下降的SIL－2R再次升高。提示血清SIL－2R可作为恶性肿瘤患者病情估计、疗效评价和术后复发的监测指标。

| Abstract: | The soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R)level in serum of patients with malignant tumor were measured by double antibodies sandwich ELISA. The result showed sIL-2R in serum of tumor-bearing patients was evidently higher than normal controls, also sIL-2R in the patients with metastasis increased much significantly. sIL-2R in serum fell down obviously after radical operation, but not changed after palliative resection. However when postoperative recurrence oc curred, sIL-2R in serum would rise again. So it's one of the good ways to measure sIL-2R in serum of malignant tumor patients for estimating prognosis, evaluating efficacy and supervising recurrence. |
