整肠生治疗急性腹泻的双盲对照临床观察

本文报告整肠生与氟哌酸随机双盲法治疗308例急性腹泻,其中急性肠炎292例,急性菌痢16例。急性肠炎中194例用整肠生治疗,显效率59％,有效率29.5％;对照组98例服用氟哌酸,其显效率和有效率分别为64％和29％。16例急性菌痢中7例用整肠生治疗均获显效,9例用氟哌酸者,7例显效,2例有效;11例获粪便培养阳性者治疗后全部转阴。其结果表明整肠生治疗急性肠炎及菌痢的疗效与氟哌酸相似且无明显副作用。

Double Blind Control Study of Zheng Chang Sheng, A Biological Agent, in Treatment of Acute Diarrheas

A double blind randomied control study of Zheng Chang Sheng in the treat- ment of 308 cases of acute diarrhea was performed in multiple medical centers. Among them, 292 cases were acute enteritis, 16 cases were acute dysentery. In 194 cases of acute enteritis with Zheng Chang Sheng, 59% response excellently to the therapy, another 29.5% also proved to be effective; in 98 cases of control group, 64% and 29% proved to response excel- lent and effective respectivily. In 16 cases of acute dysentery, Zheng Chang Sheng obtained 100% excellent response result(7cases), and in comparison Norfloxacin obtained 7/9 excellent response. 11 cases confirmed positive culture become negative after treatment. We conclude that Zheng Chang Sheng is effective in the treatment of acute enteritis and dysentery, as com- perable with Norfloxacin without significant side effect.
