急性心肌梗塞后微量元素代谢变化的临床意义

摘    要:<正> 近年来,微量元素在心血管疾病的发生、发展中的作用日益受到重视。微量元素失词与冠心病的发生、发展已被动物实验和临床研究所证实。但急性心肌梗塞(AMI)后微量元素的变化及临床意义还不甚了解。据此,本文观察了急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血清铜、铁、锌、镁、锰、钴、镉、镍、铬九种微量元素的变化,报告如下。

Abstract:In this study,we determined the plasma levels of nine kinds of trace eleme- nts---Cu.Fe.Zn.Mg.Mn.Ni.Co.Cd.Cr in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). A group of patients with coronary heart disease was selected as a compared group as well as the common control group.The results showed that the plasma levels of Zinc and Iron were much lower,while that of Copper was much higher in patients with AMI than in the twp compared groups(p<0.001,p<0.001).It suggested that the level changes of plasma Zinc,Iron and Copper may be a useful index for early diagnosis of AMI.Besides,the plasma Cu Zn was even more decreased and the plasme Copper was even more increased in complicatcd and died patients with AMI(p<0.05,p<0.05).Thus,the plasma changes of Zinc and Copper can also be a significant index for AMI prognosis.
