| 摘 要： | 目的军队中小医院管理工作者要有的放矢的对护理风险进行科学管理和实控,提高护理人员风险意识和管理的水平。方法分析影响目前军队中小医院的护理风险,提出具体的护理风险管理应对措施和办法。结果使军队医院护理风险管理有针对性,护士的应急、处理能力提高了3～5个百分点。结论作为中小军队医院护理管理者要科学应对目前军队医院护理工作风险,正确评估护理风险的危害,从而有效地提高护士对护理风险的识别和应对。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the risk awareness and management capability of nursing staff.Methods To analyze the impact of the current risks of nursing on the military small-middle hospitals,and put forward countermeasures and methods.Results The capacity of emergency processing increased 3-5 percentage points.Conclusions As the small military hospital care managers,we should to respond to the nursing risk of military hospital scenically and properly assess the harm of the nursing risk,thus effectively improve the nurse to recognize and respond to risks. |
