| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抑癌基因PTEN蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测81例宫颈癌手术标本及10例正常宫颈组织中PTEN蛋白的表达。结果:PTEN蛋白在正常宫颈组织鳞状上皮中100%(10/10)表达,在宫颈鳞癌中的表达率为55·6%(45/81),且其表达与癌组织分化程度及临床分期呈明显负相关(P<0·05)。结论:PTEN蛋白的异常表达可能成为检测宫颈癌临床病理学特征的一个重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of PTEN protein in cervical squamous carcinoma. Methods:The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PTEN in 81 cases with cervical squamous carcinoma and 10 cases with normal cervical tissues. Results:There was expression in normal cervical tissues. The positive expression rate of PTEN was 55.6%(45/81) in cervical squamous carcinoma. There was significant difference between cervical squamous carcinoma and normal group(P<0.05) .The expression of PTEN was also negatively-correlated with the clinical stages and the differentiation of tumor (P<0.05). Conclusion:The unwonted-expression of PTEN might be an important predictor of the clinicopathologic feature of cervical cancer. |
