非典型肺炎20例临床分析

目的：探讨当前全国散发流行的，少数城市小爆发的非典型肺炎的防治．方法：回顾分析已确诊的20例病人的症状，体征等临床表现。结果：20例患者，8例合并COPD，糖尿病．免疫力低下．营养较差，其中3例已发生呼吸衰竭，l例死亡，其余经积极治疗痊愈出院。结论：非典型肺炎是一种新发现的传染力极强的重症呼吸道传染病，须早期发现，早期诊断，早期治疗，才能提高救治率，减低死亡率。

The clinical study of atypical pneumonia with 20 patients

Objective: To investigate the the prevention and treatment of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Methods: 20 patients were analysised retrospectively. Results: 8 patients were complicated with COPD, diabetes, hypoimmunity, dystrophic. One was dead because of respiratory failure. Others were cured. Conclusions: SARS(atypical pneumonia) is a new disease whose infectiousness is strong, the early diagnosis,treatment must be performed to improve the rate of cureability.
