| Abstract: | The 85 cases of the aged refractory heart failure were treated with captopril,1,6-FDP,kalium aspartatis and magnesium aspartatis assiting the traditional treatment method, and compared it with that merely adopted the traditional treatment method,the result showed that clinical symptoms and signs of heart failure were relieved signaficantly (p<0.01) The cardiac function was improved distinctly (p<0.01),meanwhile we have studied the mechanism of the effect of this group medicine on the aged patients with refractory heart failure. |
