| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨呼吸系统疾病甲状腺功能变化的临床意义。方法 :对无甲状腺疾病的 12 5例呼吸系统疾病患者及 5 2例对照组用放射免疫法测定了血清T3 、T4 浓度。结果 :各病种血清T3 均值均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;慢性肺心病组血清T4 均值明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :表明甲状腺激素水平下降与病情严重程度及预后有关

| Abstract: | Objective For studying clinical significance of th yr oid function change on the respiratory diseases.Method Radioimmun oassay is used for the determination of Triiodothyronine(T 3)and Thyroxine(T 4 )concentration on 125 cases of respiratory patients without any thyroid illness and 52 normal subjects.Results On all classes of disease,median o f T 3 is showed obviously lower than that of normal subjects ( P <0 01); on the Chronic Cor Pulmonale,median of T 4 are much lower than that of normal s ubjects ( P <0 05).Conclusions It shows that the decrease of the thyroid hormones leveis are related with the severity of the illness and prognosis. |
