阿魏酸钠对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血浆内皮素水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察阿魏酸钠对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血浆内皮素水平的影响.方法用放射免疫法测定确诊的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者29例、糖尿病无视网膜病变者13例及正常对照组20例的血浆内皮素(ET)水平.结果治疗前糖尿病患者血浆ET浓度明显升高,与正常组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).而糖尿病性视网膜病变组又明显高于糖尿病无视网膜病变组(P<0.01).糖尿病性视网膜病变组用阿魏酸钠治疗后,ET水平明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),与正常组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论阿魏酸钠作为内皮素拮抗剂对糖尿病性视网膜病变防治有临床应用价值.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of sodium ferulate on the plasma endothelium(ET) of patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:We used the radiated immunology technique to measure the plasma ET level in 29 cases of diabetic retinopathy(DR),13 cases of diabetic mellitus(DM) but no diabetic retinopathy(NDR),and 20 normal people(NG).Results:The plasma endothelium level of the diabetic patients was noticeably higher compared to the normal group(P< 0.01). The plasma endothelium level in patients with diabetic retinopathy was higher compared to the patients with no diabetic retinopathy(P<0.01). The plasma endothelium level in patients with diabetic retinopathy was significantly lower after treatment with sodium ferulate compared with the level before treatment(P<0.01),and did not differ significantly from the normal group(P>0.05) after treatment.Conclusion:Sodium ferulate can lower the risk of endothelium and has clinical value in the prevention and cure of diabetic retinopathy.
