米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于早孕终止最佳时机临床研究

目的:探讨药流早孕终止最佳时机,以降低药物流产的失败率。方法:对242例门诊既往月经规律,现有停经史,尿妊娠试验(试纸法)阳性而B超探测宫内未见典型孕囊,双侧附件未显示异常的健康妇女,自愿接受药物终止早孕,用药后观察阴道流血时间、量、腹部疼痛情况,15d后复查尿HCG。随机选择HCG阴性妇女进行B超检查了解子宫内膜情况。结果:第1次随诊221例,尿HCG转阴202例,19例阳性。随机选择50例尿HCG阴性妇女,B超检查子宫46例恢复正常,4例宫内有小强光团。19例阳性妇女B超探查,子宫内全部见孕囊长出。终止早孕成功率91.40%,失败率8.6%,无并发症。第2次随诊194例,月经全部恢复正常,结论:宫内未见孕囊的早孕妇女,此时间用药较完全可靠,成功率高,克服了药物流产出血时间长,流产不全的缺点。

Clinical research on best time for termination of early pregnancy with Mifepristone plus Misoprostol

Objective To search the best time for terminating pregnancy in order to reduce the rate of medical abortion failure. Method 242 healthy women who volunteered to accept medical were Selected. Their urine HCG was positive and no embryo sac in uterus was found by B ultrasound. After using the medicine, we observed the vagina bleeding, bleeding time, amount of bleeding and the pain in abdomen. Urine HCG after 15 days of first measurement was reexamine the urine HCG negative women who was choosed randomly carried out B ultrasond for checking endometrium. Results 221 patients were followed up initially. The urine HCG of 202 was found changed to negative, 19 remained positive. 50HCG negatine patients were examined by B ultrasond.,46 uteruses recovered,4 has small light-mass in the uteruses. Embryo sacs were found in19 HCG positive patients by B ultrasound. The total effective rate was 91.4%,missing rate was 8.6%, there was no complication. 194 patients' menses returned in the second visit. Conclusion It is safee and reliable to use medicine at this time when embryo sacs are not found in very early stage of first trimester pregnancy. The effective fate rate is high.
