| 摘 要： | 为了解ＭＲＩ在急性脊柱，脊髓损伤检查中的作用与限度，本文复习了３９例急性脊柱，脊髓损伤病人的ＭＲ检查资料，结合此类损伤的病理表现，文内介绍了急性脊柱，脊髓损伤的ＭＲ诊断特点。笔者认为对急性脊髓损伤，ＭＲＩ具有多方位观察，定位定性准确等优越。

The key points in MRI diagnosis. the role and limitation of MRI in the diagnosis of acute spine and spinal cold injury were discussed. |
