| 摘 要： | 本文对湖北省监利县3个村7岁以下儿童1 003人进行家庭式问卷调查医疗保健服务利用情况,对调查数据用逐步回归分析,在此基础上建立2个模型:儿童门诊利用概率模型,儿童门诊费用模型.利用2种模型可预测儿童就医时费用大小,为卫生领导部门决策提供了参考.

| Abstract: | In this paper investigation of medical service utilization was conducted through home questionnaire among 1003 children below 7 years old in three villages in Jianli County Hubei Province. Based upon the statistical analysis of da ta the outpatient cost model for children and outpatient utilization probability model for children had been estab lished. The two models could be used for the calculation of medical expenses for children and therefore be evaluable for decision making. |
