| 摘 要： | 心房颤动（房颤，atrialfibrillation，Af）是临床最常见的心律失常之一，具有很高的致残率和致死率。Framingham研究报告提示，Af的人群发病率约为0．5％，其发病率随年龄增长逐渐增加；年龄每增长10岁，Af发病率约增加1倍；年龄60岁及以上的人群中，Af发病率可达6％以上.
