洞庭湖区移民建镇后居民血吸虫病流行纵向观测

摘    要:目的观测居民移民建镇到洲滩型血吸虫病流行区后,血吸虫病疫情纵向变化规律。方法2002-2006年间,对观测点居民进行血吸虫病情、重复感染以及洲滩螺情等指标的纵向观测。结果2002-2006年队列居民血吸虫感染率分别为10.57%、11.78%、5.17%、6.01%、3.14%,血吸虫感染率男性高于女性,渔民及半农半渔民感染率高于其它职业人群。2003-2006年观测村外洲钉螺和感染性钉螺持续存在,密度没有明显变化。结论洲滩型移民建镇点居民血吸虫感染率及再感染率都呈下降趋势,感染率在性别、年龄和职业间都存在着差异。洲滩钉螺和感染性钉螺变化不大。

Abstract:Objective To observe the endemic status and its change trends of schistosomiasis in a resettlement program area of Dongting Lake regions.Methods The prevalence and reinfection of schistosomiasis and the indicators of snails were longitudinally surveyed in the observation site from 2002 to 2006.Results From 2002 to 2006,the infection rates of schistosomiasis among cohort population were 10.57%,11.78%,5.17%,6.01%,and 3.14%,respectively,with infection rate of schistosomiasis in male residents being more than that of female ones and infection rate in fishery-men and part time fishery-men more than that of other occupations.No obvious change was observed in terms of the indicators of snails and infectious snails from 2003 to 2006.Conclusions The infection rate and reinfection rate of schistosomiasis in lake beaches subtype endemic for schistosomiasis show the falling trends.The infection rate shows differences in age,sex and occupations.No big change in snails and infectious ones appears on lake beaches.
