| 摘 要： | 胃镜是诊断胃癌最有效的手段,但大多早期胃癌通过普通内镜易被漏诊、误诊,故如何提高胃癌的早期发现率已成为国内外研究的热点。自色素内镜得到应用后,内镜染色技术不断发展,色素放大内镜、荧光内镜以及内镜窄带显像术等弥补了普通内镜的不足,早期胃癌的诊断取得了较大进步。该文就内镜染色在早期胃癌诊断中的应用进展进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Endoscopy is the most effective way to diagnose gastric cancers,but most of the early gastric cancers are apt to be missed or misdiagnosed by routine endoscopy.The question of how to raise the early detection rate has attracted increasingly more attention.With the development of staining endoscopy,especially the application of amplificatory chromoendoscopy,fluorescence endoscopy and narrow-band imaging endoscopy,great progress has been made in the diagnosis of early gastric cancers.The advances in application of staining endoscopy in the diagnosis of early gastric cancers are reviewed in this paper. |
